Well I think part of the problems comes from 1. The scam of selling the idea that you can either "reverse" aging or stop it in it's tracks which so far is unteneable. 2. The expectations of women from these products.

EXACTLY. In fact I thought that was part of the point of modern feminism was to promote equality and freedom from patriarchy from everyone. I just know a lot of people interpret feminism as only for women but I thought the definition changed over the last decade or so...
