That 335i is a 3-series, but it ain't got no 3.5 liter engine.

My apologies. Yes, I meant 108.

To be honest, Twingo was a bit of a disappointment for me at Geneva. While this concept makes perfect sense in a tiny 2 seater like Smart (with tiny boot anyway), in a 4 seater I think you'll be better of with the engine in the front. It's more about splitting development money. And Renault want to be second in the

I've been for something like this for ages! Thanks for posting the video. Also, fantastic choice of the car. Oh, how I miss the Renaultsport Clio III...

I've tested this engine in all of the cars Ford sell it in here in Europe. In Fiesta, it's fantastic and the 125 hp version is nearly-a-warm-hatch. Very fun to drive, good mileage, strange clutch though. But in bigger cars like C-Max, it struggles to get good mileage (rather unsuprisingly).

Damn, I missed this. But I've seen the airless tire at least.

We've had a national lottery since last year here in Slovakia as well (probably even sooner than over there). Every single receipt over 1 euro (for anything - food, cigarettes, fuel, really everything...) can be entered into lottery for free.

That boy, I think he ain't approving no autonomous cars as future transport (well maybe the BMW ones). But this is how I got hooked on driving. "Wanna see a watch"? (which in slovak is both a name for a watch and a doughnut). "Yes." I replied expecting to see some kind of time measuring device. To a 5 year old it did

If you pop on a a plane to Europe, you can try all the Skodas you like. And we can start with the last of the non-VW ones, the Favorit. We have it from new, for 24 years now and after working as a car journalist for a few years now, driving it still brings the grin to my face. Especially when I return from a press

Interesting... Is this the problem with mass produced carbon fibre cars, or badly executed Ford B-Max style doors? Who knows. But the Euro NCAP tests cars differently and a lot more thorouly than they used to. So 4 stars is way better than 5 just a few years ago. And don´t forget that seatbelt reminders and stuff like

It´s a bit pricier than you wrote - 20 960 euros ;-) But that´s the most expensive model (1,6 T EDC auto). They said, that the cheapest one is going to start deep under 20 000 euros (but when I have no idea). BTW, how did you get the 16 000 price tag? I´ve been both to the press conference and at the Bratislava store

I must say, the change you´ve done should and (I hope and wish) will happen to all the car portals, that are really there for car people. Problem is funding.

Thanks so much for sharing your honest feelings. So I´m not the only one who feels like a "slow" journalist. :) I was recently at a central European press event - we tested all BMW M cars in one day and to be honest, I was terrified at first. It was only my second time on circuit and first time in 260+ hp cars (560 hp

Well, when I first started to test cars, I was a big fan of the Renault cruise control layout: - +,-, 0, R on the steering wheel, cruise/limiter switch near the handbrake. I might sound strange, but since I know only one driver who uses the limiter, in practice you don´t really touch that button, ever. And if you turn

For me, the winner would be the Citroen DS. Fascinating, technological milestone, beautiful, but it´s quite complicated and old french car. Tell this combination of words to a mechanic in Europe and he´s gonna faint.
