From what I’ve seen of the new perk system, it seems a lot of the old unarmed perks are back. Just pump strength to 10 (or 8-9, since there should be implants and gear that increase it to 10), get the perks and you should be able to make heads explode with your (power-) fist just fine.

Real shame about Prey 2. I only saw the cinematic trailer back then, looked awesome.

Worked well in 2 and NV, should be fun in 4 as well ;)
