I seem to be in the minority here, but I don't really like the new GT. There are certain details that I like, but overall it just doesn't work for me.

Southwest is the Greyhound of the air. The boarding process at Southwest requires that you talk to people to find out how you should line up like cattle.

Not me, I can't stand Southwest and avoid them at all times (to each his own). I haven't run into any problems with Delta. Maybe living in the Atlanta area helps

Call it what YOU will, but a little more competition never hurt anyone. I don't know if you've ever used Uber but many people who have found that it was much better than taking a taxi.
