I miss the Gambit system. I loved 12. story sort of got away from itself but it was really fun.

You would have to play it and THEN figure out the overall flow of the game to even find the stream fun. I play it from time to time and the streams can be a bit confusing at times. There is a huge amount of variety for individual characters but the basic game flow is the same and is very team dependent.
