They stick very close to that licence and are very litigious (TF lawsuit etc). I have done some freelance art for them and there are so many things they can not use. they are equally as generic in the grand scheme of things but robots are just a little bit cooler. However, dudes doing flips like 11 feet in the air and shooting in two different directions is a bit more special than robots who, lets be honest, are always doing cool shit.
