Also, if you don't want to buy/make all that equipment, you should really look into brew-in-a-bag (BIAB). It's how I do all of my AG batches- so easy and no extra equipment required, save the bag.

With a 1 gallon batch from BBS, you can basically mash in a very small stock pot, sparge with a colander and a measuring cup of hot water, and they provide a 1 gallon jug with airlock as a fermenter. If you can keep your temps in check (very hard to do with small batches), it's a decent entry-level kit, but doesn't

The brooklyn brew shop kits are all-grain, 1 gallon batches. Ask me how I know. For that volume of beer, 2 weeks in primary should be more than enough to ferment and condition to tastiness. That said, time cures all ills with homebrewing (except when it doesn't).

The brooklyn brew shop kits are all grain. I know because my first kit was a BBS- they don't make an extract or PM kit.

FTA "The brand new carrier set to launch the unbelievable $19/month plan that would give users unlimited data, voice and text? Yeah! Well, they actually did it. Like for real."

Even if we did know for sure, what would it matter?

"At $250 the Nook Tablet is $50 more expensive than the $200 Kindle Fire."

I can see how this could be nice for big commercial brewers, but I don't see the advantage for homebrewers. 99.9% of the time, homebrewers have the opposite problem of their yeast not going all the way.

Listen vary carefully: watch your mash temperature, and when you hit it, corver and turn off the heat. If the temp drops, add a little heat and stir like a crazy person. DO NOT go over your mash temp. When you get it into the fermentor, don't pitch until it's70F or lower. Don't ferment in any space that's warmer

I'm going to add a +1 to the comments saying that $150 is definitely NOT A budget headphone. The HD280s are definitely a great set of phones, for sure, but they're not budget. This isn't my biggest complaint about this article, though.

Perfectly aware actually- just wanted to bring up the fact that this dam is more than just a potential disaster (for more reasons than Chinese QC standards). Up until just before the dam fails, living downriver is preferable to up river.

Quick: name an AMERICAN car company that started in the last 50 years and is still in business.

I'm not sure it would be as bad as living upriver of the dam- hundreds of thousands of people were relocated from areas that would be flooded by building the dam, tens of thousands of acres of forest were lost, and more than a thousand significant archaeological sites were destroyed.

I wasn't sure if a ZRdash1 would have been appropriate, given the lead car, but I just had to come by and +1 the seats. When it comes time to turn the '91 into a race car, the drivers seat will become my desk chair and the passenger seat will be the basis for my Forza race setup.

I actually think these are a bit of a luxury, alerting you to a puncture before a full on blowout occurs, but man I hate the system in my C4. If one sensor is bad, or not communicating, you get the dreaded "SERVICE LTPMS" light and you can't turn it off. Not to mention that the sensors on my 20 year old car are now

It's definitely a characteristic, but I left it out since I don't think they necessarily set out to design a cheap, crappy hard plastic interior, it's just always the first thing to get cut out of the budget when the accountants set the MSRP in pre-production.

Nothing in theory- I love the clamshell on my '91, but it makes working on anything foward of the hinge very difficult. And if you don't have the full clamshell of the C4, access becomes a real pain in a lot more places than that. I love the open wheel look my car takes on with the hood up, though, and the hood

It seems necessary to combine all the Corvette comments into one. While it is my favorite line of cars ever, sometimes it seems like the 'Vette is what it is due to a cancerous nostalgic conservatism. Front-hinged hoods, giant OHV V8 engines, leaf springs, and fiberglass/composite bodywork. It just wouldn't be a

Much appreciated- I wish I could have found a better video to demonstrate.

GOD DAMN YOU
