Bit late to the party, but I’ve recently nailed these missions. Drifting is good for linking up other point scoring activities. The longer you can link up activities, the more multiplier you get. It’s better to take it a bit easier and keep one looooong multiplier going to the end of the event than do lots of little…

99.9% of people believe they are doing things for the right reason and have non-malicious intention behind their decisions (not necessarily “non-selfish”, of course). The trick is understanding why people do what they do.
