I think what I’ve learned is that no matter what we envisage the future to be like 10/20/100 years in the future, the reality will almost always be a lot more boring and functional.

The point of Level 5 is that you don’t have to pay attention. The car drives itself and you aren’t required to be present, physically or mentally.

I know my plate from my current and previous 2 cars. In the UK, you use the plate number all the time for stuff, so I think most people know theirs. Weird that’s not the case in the US.
