I'm yet to understand how you steal a car with a fake id. You tell the dealer: "give me the car or i'll cut you up with my fake id!" ? Or is it some other way.

Here in Portugal, they have to show it to you on their speed camera's computer log. Whatever speed the camera logged on the computer, with your car's photo attached to it, is the speed you're being charged with.
