Thank goodness someone finally pointed out how frustrating it is for those of us who have learned how to read bar-codes on the fly to be subjected to this blatant violation of the advertising rules. I got so tired of being forced to decipher all those lines into an actual understandable chunk of product data.
For me, it comes down to personal enjoyment. No matter what someone does to their vehicle, if it helps them enjoy moving down the road a little more than they did before, then it's a job well done.
Ya know, I was trying to figure out what he had to do to get paint to come out like that, but I don't think it's actually paint.

While I love me some technology, I really wish we could stop the centralization of important driving related things like gear shift levers to an electronic screen with a knob to control them.

I'm astounded at the level of 'stupid' that has to exist for someone who does not work in the PR department of a large company to have contact with the outside world in a fashion that would normally be exclusive to someone in a PR position, with the resources and responsibilities of a PR person.

When I applied for my custom tag here in CA, I had to explain what my tag meant, and the DMV noted on the form that the issuance of a license plate was still subject to the DMV's authority, no matter what I said the plate was supposed to mean.
