Our '11 T&C has a center console thingee that is on rails and moves to the 2nd row. Great for filling up with drinks and snacks for the kiddos, and sliding it back to them.

I have 2 Nest thermostats and they both come on automatically after power failures. Never had any issues.

Note, I get off at the exit everyday and didn't even notice anything this morning. The gas station (directly across from the exit) seemed perfectly in business as far as I can tell. That exit is a bitch sometimes. Especially if you are making a left towards the train station.

I lifted my KJ back in the day in couple hours on a lift. Wasn't hard at all. 2.5" Daystar lift kit. Came out great.
