It costs money per unit time to play the game. Or you can chose to not play the game for a very long amount of time and wait for your F2P time to 'recharge'. It's a common, and horrible, game mechanic amongst F2P titles.

Micro-transactions do not belong in $60 paid for games. Period. This is a F2P model of business that doesn't belong anywhere near console games. If games start to go down this road I fear companies like Sony and Microsoft will slowly ruin our gaming culture.

A game I spent 60$ on shouldn't have micro transactions. This is slowly ruining my favorite hobby.

If I'm paying $60 for a game, the only "transactions" I want to see are giant expansion packs or map packs. This nonsense reeks of Diablo 3 RMAH. I don't want an ever-changing marketplace where things are nerfed/buffed on the fly depending on if fans are unhappy.

Speaking of immersive. I loved Far Cry 2 and how it did the map. Your character lifted the map up and held it in his hands. It didn't even intrupt the gameplay as much as these map screens do these days. No fuss no loading.
