So is neutral located between 2nd and 3rd or between 4th and 5th?

If you look closely at the computer screen that gives the warning it says the passenger side rear is at 17 PSI.

I'm not sure if you missed this in the article but the car was not being charged when the car caught fire. It was not plugged in. That's what makes this spontaneous fire so puzzling.
