Without traffic though, the DVP is a great little stretch of highway. No idea why they bother with the 90 km/h limit. In some of the bends (near Don Mills) I can understand but thereafter everyone goes 120+ km/h.

Yikes. Don't even get me started on the DVP. I live right by the 401/404/DVP junction so I know all about it. Any my girlfriend lives down by Bloor and Jarvis so I take the DVP quite often as well.

Hopefully your commute doesn't involve any of the busy areas of the 401. At least it moves relatively smoothly now that some of the construction has completed. Especially between the 404 and 400.

That was a good story. I agree with everything you did except the key-ing. I think you took it too far there. But otherwise enjoyable. As a Torontonian, there are many drivers here like the one you encountered that I'd love to "educate".

The only problem is that I don't think the hybrids could beat that spaceship on tarmac...

I've never seen so much venting in one comment section on the internet. It's hilarious but so true. I didn't even need to because everyone else did it for me.

Tonight......James wears a shirt......I pose for the camera......and a Hamster is missing.

This list is mostly for gear heads who are in their midlife crisis. There should be another whole list for average Joes going through their midlife crisis.

Oh you meant it like that? Of course it's photoshopped. I meant the actual car. But one question, have you driven it? Judging by the way you speak of it, it sure sounds like you haven't. I used to be like everyone else and call it underpowered and what not. But after I drove it, I hopped out of the car with a huge

Good thing you didn't show the ACTUAL car because it looks nothing like that.

Did you purposely try to find a picture of one parked by an asshat? If so, well done.

As a Canadian, I also cringed when I read that.

Scion FR-S / Subaru BRZ twins for obvious reason. Plus, it's on the cheaper side of mid-life crisis cars.

Lol so true. I drive a BMW but I'm not taking it as seriously as thewisedriver01. I always find it funny.

It's a girl. Granted when I saw the .gif, I was almost positive it was a boy.

This has got to be the COTD!

Cross the province of Ontario with a visit to Toronto on the way in under 24 hours. That's the main challenge. Having some small challenges along the way couldn't hurt. Not sure if the nation's capital should be the beginning or the end of the trip. Either way, I think that would be a neat challenge. There are some

And it's not exactly like we have a purse to throw our keys in like women do.

I'm not really for or against this system but the thing I like about the conventional turn-key system is that I like having somewhere to put my keys when I drive. Whenever I'm driving, I like to keep my pockets empty. Wallet goes in the door panel storage compartment, phone rests in the centre console, and the keys

This is true.
