I also genuinely like their older stuff and their transition into a more mainstream pop feel is the one thing that makes me seem like a stereotypical, snobby hipster with the whole “they were better before they were cool” attitude.

What gets me is that people think accusing Mia Farrow of being abusive exonerates Woody Allen of grooming Soon Yi and molesting Dylan. Mia being abusive would just put her children at a higher risk of being abused by a sexual predator like Woody Allen, because predators know that abused children are more vulnerable.

No, during his time on the Bachelorette, he specifically said he wasn’t a virgin for religious reasons. There are rumors going around that he’s gay though, which would definitely explain why he hasn’t been putting in effort to have sex with any women.

During his stint on the Bachelorette, he claimed that he wasn’t a virgin for religious reasons, he was just waiting for the right person/hadn’t gotten around to it. However, that just makes the fact that he’s the bachelor more annoying, because supposedly the reason he was picked is because the only bachelor who got

Can he come out before filming starts so we can get a less bland Bachelor?

If nothing else, this kind of makes me hope Hari Kondabolu will write a sequel to his “Matthew McConaughey on Gay Rights,” joke. Like, even if McConaughey has good intentions, this just seems like more proof that trying to speak about social justice issues seems to just end up with him putting his foot in his mouth.

I just started watching the Bachelor franchise a few years ago, but it seems like since I’ve started watching, the producers have basically picked a bachelor that the fans don’t want? Like I understand that last year, we really wanted Peter to be the Bachelor, but that he didn’t want to do it (still don’t know why

I’ve actually met the woman in that article. If there was a chance that the pregnancy would have been viable and that the baby would have been able to receive treatment and stay alive if she gave birth, she wouldn’t have gotten an abortion. It took at least one miscarriage and that very much wanted, nonviable

Yep, even though she consented, and even if she initiated it, workplace relationships, especially those in which one person has authority over the other, are extremely inappropriate. Even if Monica were to have been the one to initiate the relationship, it would still have been Clinton’s responsibility to put a stop

What I’m not getting is how they picked Colton over Blake? Apparently the producers think the whole virgin thing will mean that like Sean, he’ll also get married to the woman he proposes to at the end of his season? Considering that unlike Sean, I think he said his still being a virgin wasn’t for religious reasons,

Exactly. And although it’s much rarer, there’s always the possibility of a wanted pregnancy becoming nonviable and/or too potentially life threatening for the pregnant person to continue.

I mean, it’s pretty much the reason Colton got picked to be the new bachelor. The producers think it makes him like former bachelor Sean Lowe, who is the only bachelor who got married to the woman he proposed to at the end of his season. I’m really not sure how much they are alike besides the whole supposed virginity

I don’t think he’s gotten huge roles, but the article does mention that his IMDB shows that he has been taking small roles pretty regularly. He’s close enough to New York that he could definitely go in for an audition or filming. I think I also read somewhere that he teaches acting classes as well.

I also have a feeling that the Trader Joe’s he works at is about to get super popular (not like Trader Joe’s isn’t already).

I think at most schools, yeah, unless a kid’s allergy is really severe. The school my mom works at has peanut free lunch tables for the kids with allergies to sit at.

I’ve been occasionally eating pizza Lunchables for dinner for the past few months, so I feel like I can’t judge anyone for eating Uncrustables.

I also live in New York City (grew up in rural NJ though) and Associated Supermarkets have enough mainstream items that there’s a 50/50 chance one would sell Uncrustables. However, I say 50/50 because NYC grocery stores are normally too small to have everything that suburban stores have.

Hi everyone, I’m wondering if anyone has any advice for how to talk your parents after they told you they were splitting up. My dad gave me the opportunity to ask questions when they first told me, but because their marriage seemed to be going downhill since I was in high school (I’m now 27), I was kind of just like,

Crazy Rich Asians! It’s super fun!

Have you had a honey butter chicken biscuit yet? I went to college in Texas and I miss those things so much.
