Match the arms and legs to the people by skin color and you will feel better because at least the feet will be pointing in the right direction.

When I was 18 and voting, I had been on the internet for two years and it was still people figuring out that AOL wasn’t the best idea. Some people at 18 did not have access to the amazing wealth of knowledge that we have online today. Some of us are older than that.
That’s not entirely fair—a lot of teens aren’t really educated on the issues, and if their families and friends are conservative and that’s all they know, they’re more likely to lean conservative. I was the same way (sans boyfriend) because I was raised in a very conservative Christian environment. I grew up and then…
“Then I had this moment of panic because a puppy without a collar is a stray; they don’t have anyone to look after them. [...] It’s a sad thing to say, but there’s not love from the heart in me for Colin–but what I have got is someone who is there for me and I’m happy with that.”
This doesn’t sound super healthy? If…
Yeah. I’m 6 years old, this kid weighs 120 pounds while I’m 2 feet lower than him. If I tell myself “I won’t be a victim!”, I’ll definitely win. That’s such a good and rational idea. Irony apart, you wouldn’t have lasted long in a pre-civilization world :p
“While Carolyn [had] told him in the past that she wanted to die, she [had] never asked him specifically to kill her.”
I believe it’s pronounced ‘chahge cahd’.
What an honor to be able to say you’ve shared the stage with her.
I wouldn’t use the Wal-Mart/Target brand but they do sell others that I would use. It’s also a convenience factor. There have been times I’ve been grateful both exist when I’m traveling because I know they carry brands I use. It would suck to be traveling, realize I forgot shampoo, and not have the ease of going to…
She’s going to cherish her memory of being on the show and high school will fade away for her like it does for everyone else.
People that need extra money don’t spend the money they do have on things they don’t need or want in the hopes that someone will pay them more than it’s worth. I’ve been on eBay for 11 years and most resellers are either students spending their parents’ money or bored housewives.
It’s also assuming that other people don’t have commitments that prevent them from hanging out at a Target all morning. Like oh, I don’t know... a real job they have to be at before Target even opens, maybe?
It’s Broadway: lots of out-of-town groups organize theatre trips to the city, and so buy bulk for the group, sometimes buying multiple tickets to multiple shows so that everyone can see something.
A coworker of mine decided she was going to give the company 2 months notice, so she could stay on and train her replacement (she was the director of the laboratory).
The next shot got me. You see people fly towards him and you know they won’t make it and you hear a thud.
Yeah....but I want to save my 200 Rad-Xs for a real emergency.... ;)
At a SCA costume ball I went to there was a survivor dressed authentically as a amazon. Seriously badassed woman.
My mom didn’t have reconstruction surgery either. She didn’t even ask. She just didn’t feel like her femininity or worth was tied to her boobs. She has never criticized the decision of other cancer survivors to get reconstruction surgery. She is just happy the way she is and supportive of the rights of others to do…
Most women don’t even mention it as an option. I think it’s an awareness thing. No need to condescend, sheesh
I’ll take this opportunity to plug Implanon/Nexplanon, a LARC that is a good alternative for people who aren’t good candidates for IUDs for whatever reason. (For me, it’s vaginismus.) It’s a little matchstick-looking thing that is inserted into your upper arm and stays there for a few years. Ask your doc!
