It is like this in healthcare too. I worked directly with patients, I was sick with very unpleasant symptoms. I think it's a good idea, but it needs to be with local animal rescues vs ones half way across the world. I get that you can ship an animal and all..but there are always pleanty of lovable pets in your county pound or in a rescue.
