@freedomweasel: Xbox or PC? The PC bugs were dealt with in a day or two after release, and you can just turn off Steam cloud syncing to be sure. Xbox may still have problems.

@freedomweasel: On PC I haven't had any bugs aside from 4 CTDs in 40+ hours of playtime.
