Have you never played a CCG before? They cost money. Hearthstone is the easiest one to get into, because you can actually get packs for free and still compete with budget decks. And if you get good enough, you can play arena for free, forever.

I’m more worried about not having the same save point or whatever as my random online partner. It would be annoying to get paired with someone farther than you or behind you.
