I wouldn’t know about the legal side of these things, but it just doesn’t seem like Bethesda put all that much effort into this or the paid modding idea. Like you said Bethesda/Nexus/Modders need to join up for this to work, but so far Bethesda has only made a mess of things.

Sarcasm aside, CBBE is more then just a nude mod. Sure a lot of people use them for that reason, but that’s actually a option and not required for the mod.

Like Xaoc said you could just start another run now ;) But for me i find that the mods add a whole lot to the experience. I wouldn’t put 300+ hours into the games otherwise.

I always laugh when people mention CBBE as a nude mode and only that. Sure the mod can include nude textures, but first and foremost it’s a body texture mod.

Well one of the reasons people buy Fallout and Elder Scrolls games on PC are because of the Mods. The reason people still play Skyrim on pc? Mods for the most part(It’s adds a huge amount to the longevity to the games). It has become a big part of the series dating back all the way to Morrowind.
