Those numbers seem really low. With my Nvidia geforce gtx 570, I'm running it on ultra with everything set to max except shadows and hairthingy. My fps last time i recorded it ranged from 42-60 fps.

So you can't use the right stick to toggle awakening mode? i only discovered i could do this with naruto after i finished the story.
