I really don't think mass is the right way to determine scale. I would definitely say that a top quark is subatomic despite being heavier than most atoms. Atoms have well defined, comparatively large radii.

Came here to say this. Glad I'm not alone.
Here's hoping...
Why would they show us *anything* until they could patent everything. The only reason I know to do this is to generate revenue from elsewhere. This means it's either so expensive the Lockheed can't afford to fund it by themselves or their executive board doesn't want to risk so much money on something they don't…
You joke, but we're serious:
So I can't watch anything with the extension enabled. All I get is the audio track of the episode and a black screen. Everything works again when I disable the extension.
Huh, I never actually found out the distances to the Lagrange Points, but 930,000 miles is not 1 Million Miles. If we're allowed to make some approximations to make L2 sound poetic in miles we can do the same for metric.
How do we feel about "million meters"? Granted this is more like One Thousand Million Meters", but I think we can get some alliteration going.
one million miles from Earth (I love metric measurements, but "1,609,344 kilometers" is far less poetic)
I really doubt people were only allowed to choose 100 or 0. It's much more likely that (in the case that the average result was 80) that most people chose 80 with some 75's and some 85's.
That soccer looks like the best thing ever. Where can I play it?
Under the current Australian government making claims like this is what ensures they *won't* have a job.
To be fair, a lot of the time it seems that he can.
Or, more likely, it suggests that that everyone involved was asking if anyone reading the report could spot the source of the error, as the article suggests.
20% of a film is barely a concept.
Don't be silly. It's much more likely Newton ripped of Leibniz.
Ahhh, University of Melbourne undergraduate exams...
To be fair, she's not got too much less on than Hercules. They put the boys in skirts too.
It was summer in Australia! (Almost)
This is an amazing thread. You're all wonderful people.
