Green and Blue are the same game. For whatever reason green became blue for the western release.

BVS originally had the same release day as Captain America: Civil War. So they moved the release far enough away that they wouldn’t have to compete.

I was in a raid group in WoW once when the leader of our sister guild yelled out “BE RIGHT BACK, CAT ON FIRE!”. He was serious too!

Personally I find it satisfying to get hate mail on XBL or PSN after a match in which I totally dominated the other team. Getting called a hacker or lag switcher or whatever else always fills me with a sense of pride. Like “I’m so good people don’t believe I’m not cheating!”.
