Bungie's hasn't released a buggy game since Halo 2 at release if memory serves, and that game became the best multiplayer in the series, and one of my all time favorites later on.

Watch some of the vidocs on their website, and they have weekly updates that sometimes have a lot of information in them. Been years since I was into Halo, but if bungie knows anything it`s community management and listening to its fans. I trust them more than anyone else to keep the community engaged after release.

It looks to me at least like a more serious toned borderlands in a bigger, more connected world, with a stronger community focus.
