Remasters gauge interest in a new entry in the series. You want a new Crash game? Then buy the remaster. It’s not entirely as callous as it sounds. That is to say, they’re not holding a finished game ransom until we pay. The fact that we haven’t gotten another Crash Bandicoot game in eight years is because Activision

“Either way this remake doesn’t look as good as say the Ratchet and Clank one”

You started off with a good point, then took a huge left turn at the end.

Thank you for getting ahead of me on that one. :)
To be fair, even though they didn’t set the world on fire, I was quite fond of my Sega CD, and subsequently my CDX. Never owned a 32x though. Those were just awful.

Eight hours. That’s how long it took for Microsoft to cough up the ball on that point.

Have faith, our time will come.

Hey, maybe we’ll get lucky and they’ll sell skin packs for the original series, or Next Generation.

I bought it day of anyhow, “in protest”... somehow. It’s very good. :)

Good or bad doesn’t enter into it. The target render was an ideal, and it was up to the game to live up to it. It did however set the tone for what the game could be. So you don’t see how

God. I need more stars to give you.

How do I know any of that? Because it’s in the fucking trailer. And when I said “multiple weapons” my point wasn’t to verify that there was more than one, but rather to say that they demonstrated the application of multiple specific unique weapons in the trailer.

Sure is.

Don’t blame me. I voted for Armello.

You have an open world game with free flowing missions that you can pick up and turn in at will. They demonstrate free running sequences, verticality, multiple weapons, and a hint of the conspiracy at the heart of the game. All of that was represented in the trailer.

If you’d watched the trailer continuously for the

You’re assuming I don’t think the same thing about both companies. Sony does not get a pass on this either.

What you’re sensing is a guy who should have waited three years to buy
