If you're part of a network, Microsoft can put pressure on the network to encourage you to remove the video or risk termination. If you display gameplay, Microsoft can request a takedown by YouTube on copyright grounds. If they're really serious, they can sue you for breach of contract.

I don't have a problem with that, as long as they have the ethics to do so. I have a problem with all the videos that you won't see because they represent an opinion of the Xbox One that Microsoft feels is negative.
