I too long for the days when I never had to consider anyone else’s emotions or opinions but my own. Now all of a sudden the world is filled with people other then me who think differently then me and expect me to give them the same amount of deference I demand everyone gives to me.

So these polls reported the majority of Trump voters placed votes out of anger towards condescension from the other party, I assume (this is your implication, after all)? Not votes due to economic displacement, religious belief, etc.?

Sorry, I’m not going to agree with you that the people who literally chose to put Trump in power shouldn’t take majority blame. Were there mistakes on the DNC side? Sure. But to make a lazy analogy, they at best helped Trump and co. find the gun; Trump’s voters were the ones that grabbed the gun and pulled the trigger.

That’s actually not true; the people who voted for the demented lunatic are the biggest reason he got elected.
