Hahaha, WOW. That’s a truly incredible quote. Don’t ask for raises because karma will reward you! I wonder how many executives live by that mantra.

I thought dude was gonna kneel down and check on the mother, but NOPE.
Mannn the DLC armor is truly terrible. I don’t need grim realism, but I do need actually cool looking. I wish they’d just offered some new variations on tier 2 and 3. I woulda paid for that.
Perhaps the greatest of all nope gifs.
Yeah, agreed. The flood of crappy mobile stuff makes me leery now of anything with the Warhammer name attached. It seems like they’ll farm the license out to anyone for a quick buck.
But I haven’t tried Mordheim or Vermintide yet, and both of those look pretty promising.
The Mad Max-esque punk aesthetic is an odd choice. Especially since it doesn’t seem to mesh very well with anything else in the game. I mean, I like the idea of stuff like welding masks being appropriated as makeshift helmets. But matched with ultra-sleek and techy Warden armor? And leather vests and midriff-bearing…
A seemingly normal farm boy with a secret heritage? Check. Strong-willed princess? Check. Older mentor who represents the last of a heroic order? Check. A monstrous bad guy set on destroying the world? Check. A magic item that can stop the bad guy, that only the farm boy can use? Big check.
Wonder how much of that money the people who actually designed and built the game got.
The day you lost 10,000 league points was the most important day of your life. For Capcom, it was a tuesday.
If the connection is actually being lost for uncontrollable reasons - poor internet service, real life distractions - then the disconnects would be just as likely to happen while the player is winning. All Capcom has to do is look at a player’s record and determine if there’s an obvious pattern of most of the…
If she didn’t want to be involved, she shouldn’t have tried to use her status as an advocate for human trafficking survivors to try and get a stranger fired without even checking her facts. Now she’s embarrassed and trying to scrub details of her involvement. But a reporter doesn’t need your permission in advance to…
I liked the idea of a world where the original movie happened, and maybe ghostbusting became a huge deal for awhile, but somehow it’s come back around to ghostbusters being kinda fringe, sketchy schlubs. Maybe ghosts got hunted to near extinction and demand disappeared. Maybe ghostbusting copycats started popping up…
Not my favorite trailer ever, but I’m still excited for the film. Bit too on the reboot nose, having Jones as the non-scientist regular person. Only thing that actually worries me is the gadgety stuff - the dual ghost pistols, the ghost punchin’ thing, the ghost bear trap. Seems kinda gimmicky, how much of that stuff…
They do tend to get called on it, it’s just that their adoring followers tend not to care. Many people simply want to hear and believe certain things. They don’t care about finding out if their ideas have any truth in them, they just want them reinforced. Give those people someone with charisma willing to preach those…
Agreed, that connectedness was a big part of the magic of Dark Souls for me. And the fact that it was mostly missing from Dark Souls 2 was a big disappointment. I hope they can recapture that feeling of one big, sprawling game world with paths winding throughout.
This episode was a big disappointment. In some ways, I saw it coming. Time travel stories almost always end badly, because there are always huge paradoxes and contradictions hanging over whatever plot resolution they come to that leave things feeling rather arbitrary.
But if she can use time travel knowledge to safely change other outcomes, why can’t she use it to save Chloe? If travelling back to the butterfly moment creates a timeline where she’s never used her power, she should be able to do anything after that point - including save Chloe - as long as she doesn’t time travel,…
Or maybe Firaxis didn’t take time to consider that there are other ways of saying, “this = lady.”
I don’t think it needs defending. Play how you wanna play. Especially when it comes to single-player modes. What a waste of energy to get all judgey and preachy about how other people play.
