It’s gonna be all instagrams and tweets and social medias I bet.

Difference is, Ghostbusters has a premise that can be expanded into a whole universe and/or alternate universes - see the various cartoons, comics, games, etc. that already exist. I don’t want to see a straight remake of the original films, but I do wanna see more riffs on the concept of “modern society, ghosts are

They also don’t even really care about saving money. They hate any social program that helps prevent crime and create social stability if it means someone gets something for free, and at the same time they’ll throw unlimited money at punishment and persecution no matter how ineffective it’s proven to be in actually

I think the movie ending is an interesting angle, I don’t hate it, but I agree that the book ending was way more chilling. Imagining the whole world cloaked in fog...

My parents dragged my siblings and I onto the Haunted Mansion when we were little, kicking and screaming. Literally cried the entire time we were in line. We were terrified, but my parents were determined, for some reason, to make us ride it. And naturally we ended up loving it and not finding it scary at all.

I was totally surprised at how much I enjoyed this game. Picked it up well after it came out, on sale. Avoided it for awhile because the premise sounded cheesy and the episodic format of the chapters seemed gimmicky.

How did they screw up this movie so bad. I never even watched the original cartoon, but I would go see a live-action version of THIS in a hot minute.

I’d rather eat an actual zombie mouth.

I actually want that.

Aww yiss! This sounds promising. I’m really, really glad most of the new episodes will be standalones. The one-offs were always my favorite part of X-Files. I always thought that most of the mythology of the main arc was pretty dumb.

Nice try, person-shaped mass of tarantulas that has somehow learned to post comments on the internet. I’m on to you.

Is...is that your hand it’s sitting on?

Ha, aw bats! I like them, but I get that they freak people out, what with the fear of rabies and whatnot.

It wasn’t nearly as traumatizing as some of the stories here, but my most terrifying insect experience was my brush with bedbugs. Living and renting apartments in a big city, you hear and read a lot of bedbug horror stories over the years. Sleepless, itchy nights. Furniture that has to be trashed. Infestations that

White God is most definitely not a horror movie. If you go into it expecting a horror movie, you may be seriously disappointed. It’s more like Homeward Bound with a little violence (but probably a lot less violence than you’re likely hoping for).

When she unsheathes the sword, she is transported Tron-style into EverNow...

Totally agree. Good for performers for fighting for a bigger piece of the pie. The rest of us should follow their lead.

In my opinion you are looking at the Muppets with the glasses of Nostalgia

Blegh. Making the tv purposefully bigger and bulkier is exactly backwards, to me. They should be getting ever thinner, lighter and less obtrusive. Ideally I’d never even see my TV until I turned it on.
