It goes hand in hand with republican fondness for picking and choosing the rights they care about and the laws they respect.

I’ve owned the Note 2 for a couple years, and love it. But the lack of removable battery and SD card on the Note 5 is a big turn off, so when I upgrade (likely soon) i’ll be looking to pick up a Note 4 instead.
