I’d be curious to hear an opinion on this from someone with legal expertise. I mean, obviously it’s in the NDA, and obviously Microsoft is following through. But would it stand up to a court challenge? Companies put shit in contracts all the time that isn’t actually legal, because they know that either it will

I don’t think anyone feels bad about a company “taking action” on a broken NDA. I think it’s the specific action that’s kinda sinister.

I’m in the same boat. Totally loved Fallout 3. Put an insane number of hours into it. And then New Vegas didn’t hook me at all. Like, I actively disliked it. And I’m not sure why. It wasn’t one specific thing, the whole just didn’t work for me.

Spoilers for what I consider a pretty solid twist...

I’m going to go with the ghosts of the house are the previous victims of whatever weird shit Hiddleston and Chastain’s characters are involved in. The bro/sis duo has lured Mia’s character there for diabolical purposes (sacrifice/experimentation?) and the ghosts are trying to warn/frighten her away before she joins

Yeeah, judging by this guy’s attitude and behavior on his public, professional page, I’m not inclined to take his word that the bride’s behavior was unreasonable. Sounds like a jackass who can’t handle customer complaints.

I have yet to use a dishwasher that doesn’t leave behind tiny bits of food and streaks, meaning I end up having to rinse and scrub half the load myself anyways. Seems easier to just do it by hand in the first place. Also, what you’re saving in water you’re probably using in electricity.

Jesus, that’s depressing. They’re terrified of pot ruining their kids’ lives, not so worried about what kicking them out of the house would do...

Seriously, let the kids have some actual fun at their parties while they can.

I do agree. In the case of the sparrows though, I think Cersei has given the sparrows the authority to pretty much arrest who they want, while the guards have been ordered not to interfere. As seen in that one moment where the sparrows smash a vendor’s stall and he calls out to a couple guards on the wall for help,

I really wish she’d do something. I get that it’s a complex plot depicting a complex situation, but it’s getting so frustrating watching her bumble around and mostly fail to navigate complex political waters.

I like the new batsuit a lot. Need to wait and see the movie, but it may be my favorite of all the movies so far. I’m glad they got away from trying to doing something techy/armored/realistic, and went for something more iconic. Love the black and grey, and the fat bat symbol from Dark Knight Returns. Who knows what

Ha, that’s awesome.

Personally, my pick would be british butler. Would make me feel classy. And also add another dimension to my daydreams about being Batman.

Oh no, friendzoned!!

Confident, tough and ambitious...with her husband’s (or father’s) prior approval.

There should be a third badge that says “Majority of Cops: License to lie for, cover up, excuse and support the cops doing the brutalizing”.

Is there not something extremely unsettling about the idea of criminalizing someone’s body because someone else finds simply seeing it disturbing or offensive? Public decency laws are one thing (personally I’m fine with requiring at least a bare minimum of covering in public spaces, if only for hygienic reasons), but

The difference between Robb and Jon’s positions is that Robb acted out of idealistic honor and respect for the law, which blinded him to the political reality of his situation. Jon is acting to assert his authority and demonstrate that he won’t take any shit. Jon’s move is much more practical and political.

I assumed he plans to screw over the Boltons somehow, and leave Sansa solely in charge of Winterfell. Considering Stannis is riding south to remove the Boltons and wants a Stark in charge of the north again, it seems like an achievable goal.
