Molyneux has made many games and run many teams. He used that status and experience to market his Kickstarter. He told his backers that if they gave him money, he could make a game. Then he took that money and made a very different game, and completely abandoned many promised features and rewards.

I backed this game at the level where I get a copy on release. It's taking most of my willpower not to go ahead and buy early access anyway. I wanna play so bad. But I also want to wait and experience the game when it's fully polished and balanced. Sounds like it's coming along awesomely so far.
