What are the legalities, in a situation like this? Can there be a contract of employment between the workers and Fader, if the "employees" aren't getting paid or receiving any kind of compensation? If the workers are collecting unemployment while working on these projects, I assume they are not legally employees of

Seems kinda sketchy to, running a studio of professionals who are working for you to build new IP but getting paid unemployment by the government.
