I use a couple to keep squirrels from climbing the clothes line to the bird feeder. I can put clothes on either side of the feeder, but the squirrels, when they try to run across the binders, slip and fall, and soon learn not to try it.

I convinced my credit union to pay off my credit card fully every month, even if it meant going into line of credit. The key, the line of credit is there in front of me every time I go to an ATM or check online. It was therefore much easier for me to pay off.

My daughter now has laying chickens and in her research, the key is that if you refrigerate shortly after picking them from the roost, if the egg is fertilized, it will not develop, even if left out afterwards. If there are no roosters, then no problem. As mentioned, eggs can last weeks without refrigeration.

My wife has an umpteen-year-old alarm clock with two separate alarm times, so our usual wakeup and weekend wakeup times are set. Only Sunday, when I get up extra early for church duty, do I use a weekly alarm on my cell phone.

Nothing beats the old analogue method (also called browsing). The old paper card catalogues and library or bookstore bookshelves allow browsing, and by flipping around a bit, you often get something quite worthwhile.

I actually purchased the specialized jack headphones before discovering that it was more trouble having those things around than just relying on an MP3 player.

Just to continue—TED does do CRLF functions, but only in extended replace. I often find it easier to use [Replace.com] or PCWrite

I've loved TED for over two years, now, and it has replaced so much, especially Columns, Numbers—this is such a powerful feature.
