Personally my love for the show would keep me from paring down the show as much as it probably needs. For a long while it was the subtle hints at the bigger picture tagged on to the episode-of-the-weeks that kept me coming back.

Person of Interest, please.

The hilltop ad hit the earthy, sincere note. The people weren’t beautiful. They weren’t famous. They just looked like a bunch of hippies singing a song.

Well, considering I’m one of those people, I think it matters quite a bit. But not nearly as much as the poor writing and voice acting.

Lol, I’m only playing on a standard hdtv and regular PS4, but clearly this person has either never played a PS3 game or accidentally put Mass Effect 1 in if they think the graphics are that bad. The environments and most of the characters (especially non-humans) all look pretty great to me.

It does seem strange to compare Andromeda and Zelda. They’re very different games that wouldn’t necessarily attract the same people. Andromeda is far more about the narrative while Breath of the Wild’s draw in the gameplay. The narrative has always felt like an afterthought in Zelda games.

“If you like Mass Effect, you’ll like this game. If you don’t, then jury’s out.”
this has been my impression so far. i’m pretty early in but loving it so far. i think the animation complaints are more a symptom of the internet hive mind collectively deciding to hate on something rather than a genuine criticism. i

My favourite are people who obsessively compare it to the witcher. And I’m like, go play the first witcher game. W1 is TERRIBLE. Considering this is the first game by a rookie dev, and most of its issues can be fixed with a patch. that’s pretty great. You ever play any of guerilla’s early games? It took them 15 years

Absolutely. For points 1 and 2, I haven’t played Witcher 3 (not sure why but it just doesn’t interest me - plus I don’t like joining game franchises in the middle) or the other two games (I will play Horizon at some point), so I am fortunate that those don’t influence my judgement at all. I’m loving Andromeda so far.

I really think this game 1) came out post-Witcher 3 without its polish 2) came out right after Breath of the Wild and Horizon Zero Dawn 3) had huge hype as a follow-up to a large franchise and it just got brutalized. But it’s not that bad. If you like Mass Effect, you’ll like this game. If you don’t, then jury’s out.

I agree.

I disagree. It’s fine. It looks pretty. The character models in animation aren’t great but I’ve played enough Fallout games where I don’t care. It’s not game-breaking.

I see some errors in the cosplay. For instance, she’s holding the gun correctly.

FUCK YOU 2016 .... !!!!!! Sad, sad year. For everythings. War, politics, famous people, personnal matters, FUCK !

Great list. I really think that Wild Arms belongs on here though. That soundtrack is really great.
