I've said it before in i09's review of the pilot: they chose the wrong actor to play Junior. The character is a complex one in the book, and the producers went with "stupid dork trying to look all dramatic and channel some ounce of acting" in the TV series. They should've gotten a much better actor for the role.

Now playing

In Wild World, the 8pm song was awesome, conjuring quiet moonlight walks outdoors...is there something like that in New Leaf?

Meh. Needs more belt buckles.

Zabu

A decent effort, I'll give him that. But at this point I'll prefer anything that removes those humongous in-your-face images that's giving me a headache, and the comments section with the endless clicking. Options to tweak image sizes and comment layouts would really be welcome.

New layout's okay.

Loved Koroku and his canine pals from Suikoden III. Koroku had an entire secret mini-chapter to himself in the game, and at one point my party consisted of nothing but 5 dogs—a novelty for sure, but awesome just the same.

Best. Reply. Ever.

I've never been a fan of MMOs, but DCUO is one game that I keep coming back to. If I were to pick a place to live, I'd prefer somewhere in Metropolis, as Gotham City in the game is shrouded in perpetual darkness—I know it's more for dramatic effect, but they should've at least added some day/night cycles for the

A Pokemon MMO for the Wii U, finally?

The scary thing about this film is when you realize that they allowed this franchise to make 5 movies.

I think I see the Mr. Fusion Home Energy Reactor in the 2nd DeLorean, but can't really make out if that's the Flux Capacitor behind Doc and Marty in the last pic.

There's also Sean Cassidy (Banshee) who in the comics is much older than the X-Men, and also became Moira MacTaggert's boyfriend. In the X-Men: First Class movie, Banshee is a teenager and looks like Ron Weasley.

I'm sorry, but I really don't see your admiration or defense of the Governor as "not evil" or "not a monster". Threatening to bring Glenn's hand in the room if Maggie doesn't remove her shirt is pure evil—and Michonne hadn't even met Penny yet when he did this.

The Wasp shouldn't have been included, mainly because she changes outfits frequently.

I regularly watch NCIS: LA and like most of the characters, particularly Eric and Nell, who regularly provide much-needed humor (aside from Kensi and Deeks). It's worth noting that Nell also carries a gun and can use it well, while Eric has gone to work several times wearing Spider-Man pajamas. And their Op Center has

Relax, folks. This list is from EW, an entertainment rag that cares more about who will lose on Dancing With the Stars or where will Lindsay Lohan get arrested next than video games.

Release a huge, open world Pokemon MMO, and watch the Wii U fly off the shelves. I'd buy one in an instant.

No love for Scribblenauts Remix? I've played both the original Scribblenauts and Super Scribblenauts on the Nintendo DS, but I have to say that the iPad is the best platform for this franchise. And for only less than a dollar, it's an awesome bargain as well.

Well, I'd watch it. His superb but underrated Moonrise Kingdom is one of my best movies for 2012.
