I’m with you the platform fighter genre has a lot of good entries but none that really rival it’s progenitor in the same way that rouge-likes have taken off. Maybe that is because new entries in Smash continue to come out each year but this game looks like the first true contender combining a proper budget,

While surface level I agree and haven’t played a souls game since 2 for that reason it is not a fair comparison. The difficulty in a souls game is artificial and Hades stands as a great example of how you can take something that on the surface should be the type of “slog” that pays off in the end for those who

Assuming the sinkholes don’t take us by then that’s a pretty safe bet.

It is the second most iconic of all the ugly cars during this most recent ugly car design renaissance, with the worst being the Kia Soul imo (I know more people probably hate the cruiser). They get credit for trying something new for sure but they also get the credit for what they tried being pretty unattractive.

The sheer amount of truth in your post has awakened my third eye.

All of this makes perfect sense politically when you remember that he is shooting for the white house in 2024. It doesn’t matter what happens in Florida because enough GOP voters don’t actually care and it is a relatively safe bet that something will keep Trump off the ballot in come 2024 and Desantis is the clear

I’m with you 100%. Grabbed a couple of steam links during the fire sale and once I got them an ethernet connection I’ve had no issues except the occasional bluetooth controller disconnect but I’m using my Switch pro controllers and Steam always has issues with those for me.

Was typing something similar but you said it first and better.

I think it’s for our safety, I can imagine a number of people who can’t resist a novel fast food item and with the frequency that Japan sees them those people would be dead in a year. Jokes aside I loved the month or so where McD brought in some of their tamer oversees items so I wouldn’t complain if more places did

From what I hear Wii U consoles are easy to come by but the actual game pads are getting rarer with no new stock and the pad not being the most durable. Luckily lots of things still work without the gamepad but I think some of the best experiences from that console will be completely lost to most in a few years.

It’s odd, I’m lucky if I can get to play through ~2 games, in genres I enjoy, every 18 months so knowing Nintendo will always put out a Mario, and Zelda every generation means its the only one I buy by default. I’m definitely an outlier in that regard though and having a decent PC definitely smooths over some of the

Part of the selling point for me on this is the online multiplayer. Proper Mario multiplayer is the type of chaotic fun I need right now.

A number of my friends are the same way. It sucks because I know that another 8 tracks in free DLC would be enough to get them all to pay full price for the game again but the fact that it is one of the best selling games on the switch means there is no real incentive to. Hell Mario Party continues to sell and they

Honestly it was the same with MK8 only bringing a proper battle mode to the table. The fact that I could play MK8 online with friends is why I still went out to buy it and that will likely be the reason I get 3d world as well.

This is why I never got the hate for Genshin Impact, sure it’s a bit on the nose but no more than Saint’s Row was (though it has been less time between releases) and it added to it in meaningful ways.

I don’t know if it needs it’s own open world subgenre since I think we already have two, GTA style and “tower” style but it is definitely the next evolution of the “tower” style.

Agree 100% on both Kanye and crystal light as the “adult” kool-aid for people who can’t afford to flirt with diabetes. If you haven’t tried it yet the wild strawberry + cherry is the closest thing I’ve ever tasted to red kool-aid since I made the switch.

A live action, non-fantasy Restaurant to Another World seems like something right up my alley!

If you are a fan of the Gundam series the first couple of “Build” seasons were actually pretty good as a mecha-lite show with all of the highlights but lower stakes/drama. The new seasons though stray even farther so I would agree that they are worth avoiding for both Gundam fans and mecha fans.

Along the same lines “A Webex of Karens” since it talks about being available to everyone but requires an expensive license to really use.
