These are the other cards being banned. For the most part, they are from ancient sets, and they have been power-creeped to the point that I don’t think there’s any practical use for these cards anymore, so their banning doesn’t really affect any play. Pretty sure all of these cards are from before 2000.

Newer high-end HG models in the past few years have forgone stickers in favor of true plastic color separation. The best example of this is HGCE Destiny, which was released last year, compared to HG Destiny, its ancient brother.

Is it a good intro to VR game? I don’t have very many intro games, mostly Beat Saber and Pistol Whip, which definitely will destroy first timers with motion sickness.

I understand. I still think it’s a fantastic email and I would like to communicate like that.

I’m glad you asked!

In recent months I’ve been researching effective team management and communication strategies in preparation for a career change, and this letter is a really fine example of the type of communication that makes people believe in their work and treat their coworkers as family.

Not that I think threatening firing everyone is a good strategy, but if people assume their jobs are safe no matter how terribly they work, then the work is only going to be mediocre. Accepting that failure is a possible outcome makes you more reticent to the quality of your work.

If the joints use polycaps like the Haro kit, then... actually yes, if you wanted to Mr Potato Head, you could probably do it.

A fan made a Pokemon/Batman TAS Crossover video. It was glorious.

It’s not just the animation. The music is also top notch and clearly designed with the premise in mind. I’ve seen openings that seem to fail to match. I think the latest example of something that I found confusing was Isekai Cheat Magician. The music alone is fine, the animation alone is fine, but combined it feels

I understand bridge, except for the part with the coded signal bidding system that tells your teammate exactly what you have. Playing and winning from a bid hand is fine, but getting to that bid based on how all those newspapers describe the bidding is confusing.

I was playing Beat Saber a few days ago and I suddenly felt something damp poking my arm.

The skills changes are in an awkward location right now on PTS. The damage increases are present, but only on the skill mods themselves. The base skills are wholly still unusable without a skill build, and apparently only half the changes for skills were implemented as of current, so a whole bunch of skill build users

I wouldn’t call switching from Steam to Epic GS a massive profit gain. However, from a business standpoint, it makes sense to switch to Epic in almost 90% of cases that this has happened. You don’t turn down an additional 8-9% profit over “store loyalty” in an industry where missing a single cut can potentially termin

First sentence, second paragraph, should be Breakpoint instead of Breakout. I did a double take thinking there was another game.

I understood that reference.

This reminds me of the Washington Monument Hunter bug where people spent weeks trying to figure out what turned out to be a bugged spawn, when the other 7 hunters had relatively simple spawns once analyzed. I think the expectation that something so simple has to be hiding something complex ballooned dramatically with

Holy moly it’s been 4 years since I wrote this. I just meant his cover art. Future games made it better.

Possibly something as subtle as a small edge dent on the sleeve. I don’t know what type of sleeves he used but if they’re the mono color ones that would be the easiest to miss unless you were actively looking for them, and attributable to general play. There’s actually a lot of ways to cheat in Real-Card magic, even

The best light source is your opponents... when they’re on fire.
