Yes. This is a major arc where the Justice League and Cadmus are at odds. Amanda Waller runs Cadmus under the assumption that superheroes are dangerous. It's a very good set of episodes that explores a wide variety of characters, ending with an Epilogue that actually concludes Batman Beyond as well.

The character development between these two is actually REALLY good. You should watch the source material.
