I also worked at GameStop for almost seven years, also at around 4 different stores within my local area covering two different counties.

The S7 Edge is also like double the price of the Switch
I would also say that those movies aren’t really a good way to get into Evangelion at all. They have some great animation, but the first two especially move at a pretty fast pace that kind of assumes you know the character’s personalities and what happened in the show. The movies gloss over some small details, or will…

The 6290 and 6270 are basically the same TV as the 6300 just without Bluetooth and with a standard remote instead of Samsung’s smart remote

Wrong. Obviously they would want people to buy the version of the game that’s coming out for the holidays instead of waiting another four months for the re-release (if it were even going to be a thing.)
I really, really, REALLY hope they allow use of the current Wii U Pro Controller. It is a near perfect controller IMO, and the new Pro Controller they showed off looks like a step down to the older Wii designs or a copy of Amazon and Steam’s gaming controllers.
God, that was my exact reaction. I just read that after years and years of Otogi not even being a thing I remembered and it all came rushing back to me. Holy shit, I would insta-buy a new Otogi in a heartbeat.
PT was a masterpiece of setting an spooky ambience, but I can see where Doc would disagree about it being scary. When you boil it down to it’s core, PT was little more than a few unsettling set pieces and some jump scares. The only thing actually scary about it was the constant dread of when the next jump scare was…
I need a Summer Mei costume, or I riot.
Hey, guess what???
You can. The TV app plays whatever signal you have coming in to the HDMI input on the Xbox, and you can snap that while you do just about anything else.

Damn, I didn’t think they looked THAT big!
Playing through the Vault of Glass with friends may have been the single best gaming experience I’ve ever had. Running through that, figuring out strategies and puzzles with five of my best friends is a pinnacle of my 24+ years of gaming.
I would hope they look at 60fps, but don’t make it a priority over other things. Destiny at 30fps plays and feels better than many other games that run at 60.
Mei is best girl.
EVERY SINGLE MISSLE HIT THE TARGET!
I was always a Nurse Joy man, personally.
Mostly agreed. My problem with this is that ESB is pretty widely regarded as the best in the franchise and is an artfully crafted 2nd act for its trilogy. I would hope that Episode 8 adopts the tone, pacing, and impact of ESB without blatantly ripping off the actual plot.
Apparently the stormtrooper that is killed, triggering Finn’s snap, was INDEED his friend, along with the riot-baton “TRAITOR!” dude. From what I recall, their training together is documented in one of the comics I believe that take place just before the movie.
