The S-Class has a bigger back seat than the E-class. That’s important if you like napping / having sex in / carrying your long-legged homies in your car.

Oh, but you can! You have to ring up MBUSA’s office in Atlanta to do it, but any M-B model assembled in Sindelfingen can be done interior-to-sample, paint-to-sample, and if you’re feeling spendy, wood-to-sample. Go wild!
The Eclipse. Tyrese was just trying to get dat money.
I’ve had the weird fortune to have test driven both an Alfa SZ (from the same dealer that is selling the featured one, actually) and a “Handling By Lotus” Impulse (as a newly-licensed 16-year old). I remember the Impulse being more flingable and fun.
It’s just a matter of time before there’s an S58 Supra.
It’s the first time they’ve sold the global Ranger chassis with the 2.7L EB motor, though, no? I’d be concerned about electronics calibrations and fiddly things like that.
SUV’s like these have the party trick of monster acceleration. But a Tesla (or for that matter a Jag i-Pace) can always do that better. If Tesla were making a small crossover, they’d be outselling BMW the same way that the Tesla 3 is outselling the 3-series sedan.
And also: The value of family.
Just the tip. Just for a second.
Truck nuts are stupid on trucks, but hilarious on Priuses / Leafs / Subarus.
Blood wrap is worse than bullet hole sticker. It’s “punching up” vs. “punching down.” But of course neither of these types of owners should be trusted with any responsibility.
I gotta admit, this story is part of the reason why I own a 928.
This is incredibly interesting. It does not lend itself well to background viewing - I need to wait for lunchtime to watch the rest of it with rapt attention.
At some point there’s going to be a Super Supra with the M3's engine tune, and I presume they’ll make the vents functional on that version.
“the hood looks like it was designed by a manatee enthusiast...” Now that you’ve made me see it, I can’t unsee it.
Well, that was the template for decades, too. Some things are a bad influence.
Yeah, I’m happy to see playas get money. They went from zero to the best-selling luxury model in America within 10 years. There is no shame in that game.
From what I hear, the two aren’t so far apart.
Hey now. I’ve defended Tesla on this here forum many a time. I’m pretty strongly pro-Tesla. I have driven both an S and a Roadster (no seat time in a 3 yet, but it’s a matter of time) and fully get how impressive they are as engineering exercises.
It’s destined to have a “Salt Life” sticker on it, no?
