Looks like most would agree with you. And to be fair, it was only this last interview that I didn't bring one. In previous interviews, even though I had e-mailed it, I also brought a printed out copy with me. So I probably shouldn't vote based on just one experience, even if it was the most recent.
Always bring hard copies on good stock to interviews.
I always apply with an electronic resume, but bring printed copies to interviews. I never use the printed copies, but I still keep them with me just in case someone wants one.
I always try to bring one just in case. You never know how old school your interviewer will be.
For my last job search, my resumes were all submitted electronically in .pdf format. However, I still showed up at the interviews with paper resumes in hand. I suppose that counts?
