@Nitesh: Then they should. This is *real* problem in India. The govenrment outlaws practices that are horrendous, but then they are not enforced because local 'important people' make the final decision. India is a democractic 'work in progress'....

My former brother-in-law, Camilo Pardo, was a design of concept cars for Ford. Lots of interesting stuff was going on there at the time. Quite a few of those people in design have trouble fitting in a room along with their egos however. Some of them are amazingly talented tho.....
