Unfortunately he made it an issue. If he wanted to party all summer he could have. Instead he signed for the Manning Camp to try and increase his NFL draft-ability. The issue isn't that he was partying, its that he didn't take his responsibilities seriously, and that could negatively impact his future in the NFL.
