There's no way it would make the boot sequence any longer than an additional 5-8 seconds on initial startup, which is far from a big deal. There's no reason that the bar couldn't also be an option, but there is no evidence that giving people the option to do it would be a bad thing. An installed program like home that

Home is one of the best, yet poorly executed ideas I've seen in years. All they needed to do, in my opinion, was make the PS3's home screen "Home". Instead of scrolling through the incredibly tedious media bar, you would actually have a home. Want to play a game? walk to the game shelf. Want to watch a trailer? Go to

-facepalm-

Yes, don't worry, I got that. -_-

Trolling? You're giving them too much credit. They're just really bad writers for a really bad show. Every single one of the characters is a ridiculous two dimensional stereotype, not to mention that the "twists" in the "cases" they take on are predictable and boring.

I saw them in Vegas a few months ago. Was great.

Blazblue is hard because there is really no tutorial, and its pretty difficult to figure out all the gameplay mechanics and combos. MvC is hard in that there are a lot of things that are basically only in the manual, like crossover counters and team aerial combos, that you really need to just figure out on your own.

Blazblue is fun, but a little broken and VERY hard to get started in.

Joy Division, always. Also, the pixies! :D

This looks amazing. It's like someone took No More Heroes and Dante's Inferno, and somehow made a good game.

"A high level 5 threat that should be terminated immediately? I've been saying that for years! OH HO HO HO!" #statlerandwaldorf

Yeah, this, basically. As a retail employee, I'm not exactly looking forward to that happening anytime soon.

I'm actually going to do this because of your advice in reverse order. I never played BG&E, but I thought enslaved was pretty great.

Well, at least this is hopefully something we need to suffer through before they do an HD remake of the first three Devil May Cry games.

Excellent. The first one is one of my favorite games, and this looks great so far.

I definitely don't finish games, especially RPGs. I love them, I do, I just really don't have the time, and when I come back to them, I forget where I was and what I was doing, and would need to restart to get back into it. It's a shame, i really want to beat a lot of my PSP/DS/PS3 RPGs. =[

That's what I heard, basically. I'm digging the story, too. :)

I am going to continue to fumble my way through MvC3. Somehow, I got 5 ranked wins in a row. Also, WoW, and maybe some Dead Space. I want to beat it before I play DS2.

Here's the part I don't get... no one is forcing you to buy them, play them, or even pay attention to them. It's not like CoD is so huge that it is literally your only FPS option. Yes, they release a new one every year, and yes, they have flaws, but its not like if you don't play CoD, they take away your xbox.

This isn't a boycott, its people feeling like they are owed something. What's better, having to pay for this, or having to pay for this unless you buy it from a specific retailer? Either way, if you don't buy it from Gamestop, you have to pay for it. A boycott? Not so much.
