I saw the Muppet Babies reboot today for the first time, they butchered the theme song.

I still don’t get the point of this, maybe someone can explain the real problem for me in a simple way. I mean i knew when i got on facebook shit ain’t really private and they will share my data to make money. That that company used peoples information to show ads regarding the election on Facebook after scrapping…
Jesus, give the guy a break.
I’ll still never understand the casting of the lead for this film.
There is nothing wrong with Theon sitting on the Iron Throne!
I buy that for The Leftovers (which, as Cheryl said, handled that a lot more deftly), but I think that’s because Lindelof had learned a lot from the LOST backlash and made a point with Leftovers early on to say that “it was never about” etc etc. (vs. with LOST, where they made up a lot of it as they went and wrote…
It was always about the characters. The other stuff wasn’t important in the end.
THANK YOU!!!
I loved it too, but it isn’t a lack of understanding man, it was pretty straight forward as far as endings go. It just didn’t give people what they wanted from the show, which I frankly completely understand. It did it for me, but I understand why it didn’t do it for A LOT of people, and I am fine with that.
My general take is if someone was in it for the story, they were left disappointed. If you were in it for the characters, you might have walked away a little more satisfied.
I understood it, I just didn’t enjoy it. I felt like the whole series was inconsistent, though. It might have to do with the fact that the writing team changed through the series, and the basic premise of things like the numbers had been modified as the show went along.
Why do you guys even care about Barstool? This is some Burger King-McDonald’s playground fighting bullshit. Nobody else cares except for Deadspin staffers.
I’ll be that person and say I liked Lost’s finale a lot.
You cannot call a movie bad unless you’ve seen it, and there’s really no way around it. You are calling something that you have not experienced bad, which you legitimately cannot do. Still confused?
seriously i finally read the book a couple of weeks ago, and couldn’t for the life of me fathom why it was getting so much hate. Was it great? no. but it didn’t suck either. it was a fun read with cool little reminders of my youth and things i loved. whats wrong with that??
I get it fellow commenters, you hate the book. Seriously though, I get it. I’m not defending the book (which was okayish) or the movie (which I haven’t seen), I’m just pointing out that if you feel the need to rush down here and tell everyone that you hated the book, please, believe me, we know. You, my beloved fellow…
Ha ha. I knew people would immediately shit on my positive review. This movie isn’t like E.T. or Goonies exactly, it’s fun like those movies but has up to date themes. This movie is about living in a virtual world because the real world sucks and it’s every day people defending it from being taken over by an evil…
I liked the book. It was fun.
How do you know it’s not good if you haven’t seen it? FWIW, I thought it was great!
This is a fun movie to watch. It could be today’s kids’ Spielberg movie like E.T. and Goonies was to their parents.
