I had an F40 kinda like that made by Maisto — it was one of my favourite cars. I'm 22 now, and not too long ago I restored it a bit (paint + new wheels) for my 5-year-old brother. Now it's one of his favourites, too. It's probably about time for another/better paint job...

Actually, that's something I'd very much like to do. Well, either LS7 or a Coyote 5.0 with those pricey cams...and maybe a turbo. If I were to get an Esprit, there's no way I'm going to fool around with the high-maintenance stock engine. 'Murican power in a British car worked great for the Shelby Cobra, and I think

I approve of your stable.

I'd go for the FRS (well actually the BRZ because I think Scion is stupid) because it's RWD and it looks great. The stock Focus may be faster than the stock BRZ, but I'm not the sort of guy who would buy a car and plan to keep it stock, so if I'm going to be adding some power down the road, I don't want FWD working

Good choice, though. It'll probably go for 300k+ miles.

It looks like a balding Asian man in this photo. (I can say this because I'm half Asian and that makes it ok.)

Built, or designed? "Built" and "designed" are 2 different things — it doesn't take a great deal of ingenuity to just do what you're told on an assembly line.

Saw the Springfield Mile once. That was some of the rawest racing I've ever seen. Talking about Harleys flying sideways around a track at 100+ mph, often in tight groups where one mistake can be deadly. They carted one guy off the track and didn't report his condition...

If there are very few examples of a given car left in existence — say, 10-15 — then no modifications should be made. For example: Bugatti Atlantic.

It is a bit too tame with the stock Mustang exhaust. A new exhaust system could go a long way toward improving the nastiness factor.

Also: A mk2 Celica/Supra with a 2jz swap and the original aluminum wheels, please.

C3 'Vette with LSx/T56 combo. I think I saw one for sale once...should have bought it.

Or take a pretty but unreliable/finicky British or Italian roadster such as a Triumph Spitfire or a Fiat 124 and stick the Ford 1.0L 3-cyl Ecoboost with 125-ish hp in it, and connect that lil bad boy to a Focus 6-spd.

Or you know

Yeah...I left before it was over.

I was there! It got a little boring after awhile, though...so I went over and watched the "rat races" where for a fee (and regardless of experience level, apparently) any 2 people could simultaneously race/drift new BMWs in circles on an autocross-style cone track. That got a bit interesting, believe me.

If I were to start listing people who have used various watercolour and oil painting methods, I would also have a list with Hitler's name on it.

I don't know whether the customer or Forged is in the wrong here — perhaps they both are. But I think it's fine if Sharif/Forged uninvite hostile ex-customers to their

911. Maybe it's not the MOST practical, but since when are petrolheads all about practicality?

I'm 22 and I dig cars that are more than twice my age. My Fairlane Dorothy turns 50 this year, actually. A lot of my friends are into cars (old and new), so I think the car-craziness is still pretty alive.

Either these are really funny or it's nearly 4am and everything's funny. I'm not entirely sure what I just said makes maximum sense.
