Have you seen the views (check the MLS listing for the house, it seems to be for sale). Pretty stunning, though the house itself isn't particularly impressive by modern standards. Not sure the views are actually worth 2M, but they are fantastic.

i was drunk and tried to fry fish. i got a big pot filled it with oil, and dumped in the fish and turned up the heat to high. sat down a feel asleep. woke up when the oil exploded into flames. i am very lucky to be alive.
