It's a joke. The point is that is real shit women have to worry about. When I meet a woman I'm not worried about being physically assaulted or raped or even killed. That's shit they really have to worry about. If a woman is assaulted by a man there is a high probability it is from a man they know. That's just a fact.

The point/joke is that the biggest threat to women is...men they know or knew. Other than a car accidents there is no greater risk to them. If a women is killed/raped or whatever there is a high probability they will have known the person.
